The b & b is located in a great location to get to the center. The antique rooms are spacious except for the bathroom which for a triple was very small. The girl at Welcoming tried to ask us to pay in cash instead of ATMs and was not very sociable, but we had a problem with other guests who were shouting at night and the owner (I think) immediately took action to make us respect!

I don't recommend it. Very dirty, we found soap samples used by the previous customer and hair in the shower. Old and unstable furniture. The girl who gave us the keys was rude and unwelcoming.

Strong in the fact that tourism in San Geminiano is rarely repetitive and the concept of customer loyalty is not among the principles of receiving the place, this structure certainly does not shine for kindness and helpfulness, ceck in with annoyed lady even if the time was agreed the day before by phone, with the excuse of the empty ATM demanded cash money..... An apartment with two bedrooms and cooks rooms rented to different guests without saying anything and we find ourselves a semi-naked customer walking freely with the door open, he is right cmq, even we were not told to have attention. Clean room nothing to complain about, but with a smell of varecchina so strong that we had to open the windows and go out to dispose of the acrid disinfectant... "air the environment before staying there"!
