Hotel Villa Belvedere

We came last year for 5 nights and were back again this year for 8 nights. Wonderful hotel with such welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The views, the pool, breakfast, WiFi, air conditioning and rooms were brilliant. A 5 minute walk up into the walled town of San G with plenty to do and eat as well as a lovely atmosphere to soak up in the evening. , parking on site included and a great site to visit lots of towns and cities by car. A truly welcoming, clean hotel with top notch amenities- perfect place to stay in Tuscany to explore and also enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and a welcoming pool in the heat of August

A wonderful stay just a short stroll from the historic centre Very friendly and helpful team. Franco was delighted to give recommendations and information with a big smile. The hotel is just a short walk from the historic centre. There is a parking area on the premises and everything is locked up overnight. Lovely big air conditioned room (camera doppia grande) looking out on to the garden with mature trees. Appreciated the bottles of water in the fridge. Good WiFi. A key card gives access to the room and to the hotel after 11pm at night. Swimming pool with views of the magnificent Tuscan countryside. Excellent breakfast spread of the like you rarely see in Italy: yogurts, fresh pastries, cakes, cheese, ham, breads, cereals, fresh fruit including pears from their own garden. Enjoyed breakfast in the shade of the trees in the garden. We warmly recommend the hotel and can’t wait to return.

Excellent welcome. Owner always present and very attentive to the guest. Super kind like the rest of the staff. Spacious room although it could use a bit of light maintenance (the toilet was loose, and the entrance door needs adjustment since light from the hallway can be seen from inside the room). Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproofed but at 11-11:30 PM the silence reigned supreme. Good breakfast, there is everything. The outdoor garden where breakfast was served was also beautiful. In 5 minutes on foot you are in the center. Indoor parking equipped with a roof, not waterproof but adequate for parking a motorcycle that stays in the shade.
