My friend and I stayed at La Collegiata. Although the hotel is beautiful on the outside, it is really poorly maintained and outdated on the inside. Maintenance needs to take place inside the building and rooms. We also didn't find the room very clean (lots of dust everywhere, stains on the furniture, crumbs on the bed upon arrival, the showerhead was full of limescale, damage to the walls, etc.). We were surprised by the good reviews the hotel has, but the price/quality is absolutely not in proportion. We would not recommend this and would not book it again ourselves.

We spent a very beautiful week in this hotel. In addition to the breathtaking view, the magnificent setting, and the huge pool, we especially appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the entire team. A big thank you to Abbi, Salvatore, and Rajab for their smiles, their availability, and their good humor throughout our stay. Thanks also to the entire team, who were always very attentive. Thanks to you, we had an excellent week; we are leaving with very beautiful memories and, above all, a great desire to return! Thanks again for your hospitality and your kindness, and we wish you the best for the future; you truly deserve it. Manon & Arnaud

A very relaxing vacation in San Gimignano at this very special hotel! We really liked the history of this ancient monastery, the terrace where we had breakfast, and the spacious pool. We wanted to get to know San Gimignano and all the information that Dania gave us was invaluable for discovering the Dondoli gelateria, the Rocca, the Tower, and the Duomo, which are not to be missed! Kind staff, the only problem was the noisy air conditioning; even though a repair was attempted, nothing changed. Too bad, we are still giving the maximum rating for the atmosphere!
