Leaving aside that the pool was impractical for lack of maintenance, but the rooms were poorly cleaned, the shower impractical for flooding and with the shower head that yes came off, the mattress (for my taste) too soft. But the apotheosis was reached with breakfast: total absence of basics such as water and fresh bread, the bowls for the yogurt were dirty and the background music loud with salsa music at 8 am. Experience gives forgetting .

This hotel was arranged by the travel company on our recent walking holiday. A pre-holiday injury meant that I could not walk the first day and hence arrived early. Ambra on reception was incredibly kind and I was able to check into our room early. She made sure I was shown around and offered refreshments and (when she could fit it in) great conversation to keep me company. When my fellow travellers arrived we had a lovely drink and meal in the restaurant. The rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious.

Very nice and elegant structure. Well-kept garden with swimming pool. Very friendly and professional staff. Luxury room very spacious and equipped. Beautiful international and genuine breakfast. View of Gambassi and the valley.
