My suspicion, judging by the lack of reviews on TripAdvisor in English is that they don't get too many British visitors, but we were made to feel really welcome.
This is a family-run, small hotel in a good location within a short stroll to the beach and resort centre. The room was large and comfortable with nice furniture and a good-sized bathroom.
Breakfast was good and there were a lot of choices. Being just before peak season, the hotel and resort were quiet, but the lovely weather (apart from one day) meant it was perfect to relax on the hotel's private beach, with sun lounger, deckchair and parasol all provided.
San Vincenzo is a great place, and even though we didn't have a car, it's easy to stroll and enjoy the local bars (you must do aperitivi) and restaurants.
