Has it ever happened to you that they refuse your booking not because of lack of availability, but because you ask too many questions and ask for too many details? It happened in this place 😡. They're not rude, they're just crazy! Despite having guaranteed that the accommodation would satisfy me, they replied that for them it was not up to my expectations and they did not allow me to book. I'll report it to the Tourist Board, crazy! There are no conditions to report them for racism because unfortunately they are very Italian like me

We rented an apartment owned by the hotel for 2 weeks. Clean, 2 spacious double bedrooms, large living room with kitchen, excellent HI FI, with balcony all around the apartment. It's a shame that it overlooks Via della Principessa, a busy street and that the very dated windows let through all the external noise, so much so that you can't hear the phone ringing with the windows/doors open and make the dialogue incomprehensible. The walls are also thin and allow you to hear what is happening in the apartment next door. But the owner finds everything……. It's normal for us customers to be pretentious

We had a very good time, very kind owners and staff, rich breakfast and above all the nearby private beach. The only flaw is the distance from the centre. But it can be solved with a nice walk but lots of tranquility, beautiful garden with swimming pool.
