The beach is very nice. It also works well with a toddler. The strollers can be parked outside the sand. However, the gym is in dire need of renovation!! Many machines are broken. We cooked in the bungalow ourselves. Except for one evening. The receptionist gave us a recommendation but forgot that we are traveling with a stroller. She sent us right into the sand. 😅 It is nice, but for the price, I expect more quality.

We stayed at this property for 5 days. A total disaster! Arriving at the small house, we were greeted by a mountain of ants; they were everywhere!!! Dirty bathroom and kitchen too, no towel changes in 5 days, luckily I had brought some from home. We went to the beach, our little dog was with us, they relegated us to the dirtiest and most uncomfortable stretch of the beach, full of seaweed and only stones and rocks. At dinner then... relegated to the side of the restaurant dining room, luckily it didn't rain otherwise who knows where we could have gone! The service was poor, dishes were often dirty, and above all, the food was always a surprise because there wasn't even a sign indicating what they had cooked... No connection. I do not recommend it and I will not return!!!!

Vacation half ruined, facility does not match the description. We arrived at the beginning of July, a couple with our nine-month-old daughter, for a one-week stay at the residence. We were assigned an Ansonica villa, which we had booked, that was completely different from the description on the website: a hovel, with peeling walls, a leaky roof, an old wooden table outside, and on top of that, steps, which we had expressly asked not to have because of the stroller. We had to spend the first night there, where our daughter woke up with welts on her stomach probably caused by dust mites in the bed. After various complaints, pilgrimages to the reception, and sending an email in which we reported the situation, we were assigned a new, definitely better villa the next day (so we had already lost one day of vacation). In the meantime, the air conditioning had broken, and although we had asked for it to be fixed, it was never repaired. And finally, on the last night, we found a mouse in the bedroom!! In conclusion: the pine forest and the beach are beautiful, but after what has been described, half the vacation was clearly ruined due to the serious inconveniences. The facility is not as described because it still has dated accommodations that are unsuitable to be given to customers, it needs renovation, maintenance leaves something to be desired, and above all, the facility is absolutely not worth the price we paid! Disappointing experience.
