Villa Poggio Ai Merli

Very basic place. Small shower old furnitures. Clean. Don’t have even coffee or nice bottle of water as a welcome not to mention a bottle of wine. We didn’t feel it was warm hospitality. When we left they say they could have suggested another home while when we made the reservation they said this was the last one, there nicest villa without breakfast.

Really wonderful villa in beautiful countryside. Unfortunately total lack of charm of decoration, furniture and welcome. Humid and cold at night, no heating, hard mattress, tiny and ice cold bathroom, stingy breakfast, kitchenette without any supplies (soap, aso.). Everything tightly calculated.

Been here first time in 2014... now we have been back for 10 days. This time with my parents. We stayed in two fantastics rooms, one room in the main building and another room just in the front, both were very nice. A large plus is the silence, the pool and the fantastic people.
