Super impressed with this hotel and staff! We were met outside with umbrellas as it was raining. Super friendly staff. Elena helped me contact a doctor's office our first morning as my husband was ill. They also arranged a taxi to get him to the doctor's office. In addition, my granddaughter and I were able to quickly move to another room. Location was great, rooms clean and beautiful, but mostly it was the professional and courteousness of the staff that stood out. We will highly recommend and will be definitely be back!

Excellent hotel with very good location Staff service is excellent, with highlighting for Gianpaulo from the reception. The large room, confotable, large bathroom, excellent set of sheets and bath, room cleaning in the morning and evening Breakfast, full, with many options also a la carte, no extra charge The hotel is in a restricted area by car, but the car reaches a square 20 meters away and has a maneuver, leaves the car in the square and delivers the key at the hotel reception, at the exit requests the car 15 minutes before and pick up the car in the square Returning to Siena I will definitely stay in this hotel

What a fantastic hotel this is, beautiful things to look at everywhere. There is a lovely quietness about the hotel, it's very peaceful once you enter. We had a deluxe room overlooking the City which was amazing. We had to tear ourselves away from the view from our window and watching the hundreds of swallows flying by. The breakfast is fantastic, and we also ate in the restaurant. Best meal of our trip to Tuscany, and we wished we had eaten there every night!We had the tasting menu which was incredible value and totally delicious. The Chef is so talented. All the staff at the hotel are wonderful - professional, friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble, and they very quickly made us feel that we were at home. I have to give a special mention to Massimo - the Maitre D of the restaurant who seems to always be there! He is the must delightful person you could wish to meet, we looked forward to seeing him every morning and evening. He obviously is very proud of the work they do, and he runs an incredibly organised ship. He is so knowledgable about both wine and food, and is always friendly without being overbearing. Thanks to Masimmo and all the staff for giving us such a memorable stay.
