Neat and clean room, the structure is very close to the sea and the park, abundant breakfast, a very fun and free bike ride, and the owner is available, brilliant, friendly, and great company!!!! Do not bring your own shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel because they are abundantly provided 😊🙏🏻

bad experience... Old man. Obsolete. Unclean sheets... crumbling curtains..... we can call it barely dignified.

This “small” hotel is a JEWEL! I understand that it is not “3 stars”, probably because it does not have its own restaurant , BUT in terms of services , Welcoming and services it far exceeds “3 stars” of large groups I have frequented! Indeed, I have rarely seen in a “3-star” room (if ever for a “2-star” room): a mini fridge and an air conditioning (silent! ), a real hair dryer, good bedding, a pretty decor , a balcony and quality amenities... OR , all this sets Hotel Lisa apart from its competition! The hotel is located on a quiet street in Viareggio, a ten minute walk from the beach and not far from a beautiful pine forest. No parking but places in “blue zones” for a fee in the street of the hotel as well as on a large central radius but simply for 5 euros / 24 hours from the moment you register with the hotel. No restaurant but the hotel advises a restaurant not far away that offers a discount of 15 percent for the residents of the hotel! The breakfast buffet is very good. The decor of the common areas and the terrace are very nice... In short ... we only spent one night on the way from Nice to Rome but it is in this hotel that we will gladly stay again for a longer stay in Viarregio 👍! I highly recommend this central “jewel” for its very good Price quality ratio.
