Resort & Spa San Crispino

Unfortunately, the photos visible on the site do not reflect reality; the room and the bathroom were truly disappointing, maintenance was minimal, but above all, there was little cleanliness (not only in the room but a bit everywhere), with insects and cobwebs everywhere. It is truly a shame because the structure itself is very beautiful and has great potential. But many areas are abandoned, and the lack of a restaurant service is a significant disadvantage for them.

The photos do not match reality. It's a shame because the location deserves more care and enhancement. Old rooms and our bathroom was unacceptable. Breakfast was not worth commenting on. Services were lacking. The bar was open only for breakfast and closed in the evening. I would not return.

Pleasant stay in nature but needs improvement. The location is beautiful and deserves better attention to the rooms; for our room, the amenities were inadequate: minibar (not working); TV not working; air conditioning not working. Breakfast is insufficient for a 3-star hotel that could offer simple and typical products. A positive point is the Spa.
