San Francesco Hotel

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean, and efficient. Very comfortable room, with a very comfortable bed. I would return....

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a concert in Ancona. The absolute strong point is the staff: everyone is extremely kind, professional, qualified, and always available to help guests with a smile. Unfortunately, however, the structure does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel, in my opinion. The common areas offer various services, and the hotel truly has great potential, but it needs renovation and more attention to detail. The rooms are poorly maintained, the bathroom needs to be updated, and the walls had stains and obvious marks. Additionally, the television was very small, the beds were not particularly comfortable, and the pillows were too low. Even the breakfast, while including essential products, was rather simple and not very varied for a structure of this category. It is a facility that could offer much more thanks to its location and the quality of the staff, but it needs maintenance and modernization to be worthy of its declared category.

Structure of great charm. Super large room, even the bathroom. Staff of a unique kindness. But to be a 4* I must say that it is all a bit 'worn out', especially in the room and the bathroom. In addition, the breakfast is a bit 'of a "hotel for groups", in the sense little and nothing home made, which instead I expected from a 4 * Marche. There is no indoor parking, nor electric car charging.
