Large domain with ample parking. Large entrance hall, well chilled (it was awfully hot outside) . Hotel domain is somewhat remote and there is nothing to see in the very small hamlet a little further, for food (if you want a drink ) so actually depend on hotel restaurant. There is a swimming pool, large but because of its round shapes and slowly sloping bottom not really suitable for swimming laps, it also looks a bit bare. Hotel is a bit 'too big'. Friendly and professional welcome, we were allowed in the room 2 hours before check-in! Room was on glv with a terrace of 8 m2 with 2 chairs and table and view of a lawn. Pretty bald and 'chilly' though. Good wifi (re-register often), good and quiet air conditioning, safe and refrigerator. Bathroom spacious with a good . Last day discovered that there was also a blind, electrically operated. Breakfast ok with (you had to ask yourself) coffee à la carte . Food in restaurant is very decent with a wine pairing of 3 glasses for 15.00 In restaurant we had to insist on getting a seat at the window to enjoy the beautiful view of Assisi in the distance and the food did arrive on the table very quickly. The restaurant staff was not really friendly either, but the others - that should be mentioned - were. Food and breakfast could not be outside , it was too cold for that at the beginning of June was the explanation, however it was a heat wave... Price of stay reasonably ok.

Modern location, bright thanks to the large windows, immersed in greenery just a few minutes from Assisi and not far from Perugia, Foligno, or the Montefalco area, which is my favorite. Hotel with ample parking, excellent reception, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean double room for single use, equipped with every comfort and a spacious, well-maintained bathroom. Quiet room with a comfortable bed, excellent sleep quality. Well-maintained outdoor pool with loungers available and a spa. Due to business activities, I did not try other services, which I will explore on a future return with my family. Bar service appreciated by me and my colleagues, with ample space for conversation and socializing. Lunch buffet and dinner arranged with the company were abundant and of high quality, just like the breakfast rich in sweet and savory products, all prepared with consideration for intolerances or allergies. Ideal for couples and families, but also for groups of friends or business meetings, as in our case. All spaces are air-conditioned without excesses or thermal fluctuations. As for the bill... I don't know, I wasn't the one paying... the extra charges were nonetheless reasonable. Recommended establishment,

My husband and I stayed for a short weekend away from the chaos. Well-maintained and clean structure, both in the common areas and in the rooms. Good dining service. If we may suggest an area for improvement: greater attention to customer needs (sometimes the staff could seem distant).
