Albergo Ristorante Umbria

Cute hotel in the heart of Citta' di Castello, a step away from the town's main historical/tourist attractions. The managers were very kind, recommending some excursions and helping us carry our luggage to the room since there is no elevator. Excellent breakfast with fresh cakes of different types, but essentially sweet. Large room, excellent cleanliness, a hairdryer that "actually" works, and perfect Wi-Fi. A sore point during this very hot period is the absence of air conditioning, due to restrictions because of the location in the historic center. The fan is useless with temperatures near 104 degrees, but with the shutters closed, the heat in the room was almost bearable.

We are a senior couple from Ireland. A lovely welcome. Every encounter during our stay was top class. A lovely clean and comfortable room. Very good value. A very good breakfast. Highly recommend this small family hotel!
