Stunning view, charming location, Mrs. Luana is affable, kind, and hospitable... the simple room was not very clean, dirty towels and one for two... there are no air conditioners and there are no window screens, and in the evening the famous gnats get in. Family-run establishment, you feel at home... it is not excluded that I will return, but this time I will bring everything from home.

We stayed at this hotel as Wonderbox customers, while still taking a look at the prices because, in reading the bad and offensive reviews, I wonder what people's expectations are... I consider many of these particularly exaggerated and also a bit "dramatized," perhaps due to the fact that we, if we spend an average of 58 euros for a double room, certainly do not go to check how much dust is under the bed, to remove the sheets to X-ray the mattress, or to ruin our stay because there is little jam in the croissant... The structure is undoubtedly vintage and dated, but I consider the service perfectly adequate for the price charged. Ms. Luana, who manages the hotel, is genuine, friendly, and welcoming. The room was in order, with clean sheets and towels (claiming that these are the same ones used by previous customers is serious and highly questionable). Simple but good dinner and breakfast. Delightful panoramic terrace overlooking the lake and a nice outdoor area with a pool (clean). I recommend checking the Booking reviews anyway, which for some reason are not so defamatory... For us, therefore, a very pleasant stay!

I must premise that we are a family that has always traveled in 3-star hotels and adapts easily, but I do not know how this hotel can have 3 superior stars and still be open... the only positive things are the pool and the location. The rooms are old and malfunctioning: lights that do not work, dirty sheets, and in the few rooms where there is air conditioning, it works poorly. The food is the worst aspect, with poor quantity: the tables are not set, no condiments or bread, the dishes come out already seasoned to their liking, and if they have run out of the requested dish, they bring you another one without warning, almost annoyed. My family and I went out for dinner twice out of desperation, and the owners never even noticed. The breakfast is poor with raw frozen croissants, one cake, and cookies left in an old cookie jar for a long time because they are stale and foul-smelling. The staff is unprofessional, and above all, minimum hygiene standards are not adopted. Highly discouraged!
