Agriturismo La Collina del Sole

It is the second year that I go with my family. We spent a fantastic and relaxing week, the owners Giulia and Cristian make you feel like family. The apartments are as always clean and equipped with all comforts. The pool area is impeccable, clean water and every evening they clean it with the robot. We will definitely return next year.

Beautiful and quiet rural location. Cristian the super welcoming and kind owner. We booked for New Year's Eve two apartments and they were both cute, clean and kept very warm. We were perfectly comfortable, comfortable and above all satisfied. We will definitely come back here when we return to Umbria!! 🙂

For a magical week in the summer of 2018, our family thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and comfort of La Collina del Sole. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful setting in the Umbrian countryside. With the exception of the odd sound of a tractor (which we enjoyed), the setting was so peaceful with the only sounds being church bells in the distance and the relaxing hum of cicadas. While the accommodations are new, perfectly clean and well appointed, they have been constructed with an eye to the history of the area’s architecture so they blend in perfectly with the old. In addition to everything one needs on a holiday, La Collina del Sole has the most perfect infinity pool that recreates the sound of waves as the water flows over the edge. The accommodations are perfectly situated within striking distance of lovely Umbrian towns. On this holiday we explored Perugia itself, Spello, Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi, Todi and Spoleto. With more time we could have visited many others. Christian and his father were perfect hosts bringing us the most beautiful vegetables and fruits (including zucchini flowers!) from their vast garden. It really is a magical place that we hope to return to in the near future. La Collina del Sole comes highly recommended.
