The hotel is located in an old village quite high on a hill. Luggage is transported with a golf cart. The hotel is nicely restored and rebuilt with modern facilities. We stayed in a deluxe room as we didn't want to experiment with a traditional room without AC, when outside temperature exceeded 30 C. Spa is quite small but nice with sauna and steam bath in addition to relax area. My only complaint was too short beds for my 190 cm.

Terrible experience! I booked a "suite" and found myself in an apartment whose only positive note was the view from the balcony (which was indeed beautiful). Incompetent staff: at night, despite our request to turn on anything resembling a heat source, it was terrible due to the cold. Downside: you pay 500 euros for a night including a dinner at the restaurant advertised on their site, and you end up having dinner in a bar (misleading advertising) with food that can only be described as of terrible quality. Also here, the staff was extremely rude: they poured wine for me (a man) and nothing for my partner. Ahhaha ! Never happened in my life. Breakfast was truly good. Terrible. Until we meet again!

Finding such a well-integrated, well-maintained, and enhanced albergo diffuso is always great news for those who love authentic hospitality. The property looks great, very well-maintained in every aspect, with new rooms, tastefully finished, and bathrooms definitely up to expectations. The only point for reflection, to be understood as a purely constructive suggestion on the management of flows and the guest experience: in the summer months, it would be ideal to decouple access to the pool area from the spa constraints, perhaps by guaranteeing slightly more flexible hours. The pool in summer is a lively service, almost separate from the wellness path, and greater flexibility would further enhance its livability. Aside from this management detail, a stay passed with flying colors. Compliments on the enhancement work.
