The farmhouse is located in a quiet area and features well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and clean apartments. Paola and Francesco are cordial, helpful hosts who are always ready to offer suggestions to best enjoy the area. The property features outdoor tables, a saltwater pool, sun loungers, and deck chairs. If there had been air conditioning, it would have been greatly appreciated, especially on truly hot days and nights, but the fans helped reduce the heat a little. We definitely recommend this property, also for its ideal location for visiting numerous Umbrian towns.

Francesco and Paola are two wonderful guests who make you feel at home. The apartment we stayed in, "Etruschetto," was clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The establishment is close to the main services such as supermarket, pharmacy, etc., and overlooks the underlying valley with a wonderful landscape. We stayed with our dog Aria, who enjoyed the outdoor environment and the presence of the ancient olive trees. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Terzio park for magnificent hikes. Little Anastasia is excellent at welcoming four-legged friends.
