We enjoyed our two day stay very much. Location is excellent but a tip we took a big taxi and it couldn’t fit the narrow lanes to the door. It dropped us in the min square and we had a walk. On leaving the hotel front desk staff ordered a regular taxi that came to the door. Thank you. Yes the roads are very narrow! The building is very old and the lift doesn’t directly access all rooms so if you have mobility issues advise the hotel in advance. The room was great. Bed comfortable and wonderfully quiet. There were a few stairs but we were fine. Breakfast is good but not excellent. Normal for Italy. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff less so. It was good value but I might look elsewhere next time - as we get older! Last tip the gelateria Carloni 1989 - just a few steps away possibly the best ever.

I returned to this hotel after so many years. The atmosphere remained intact. A structure of 1300 held in respect of its historical and artistic importance. Qualified and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Impeccable service. Very good breakfast. It is located in the center of Perugia and this makes it an amazing location for those who want to visit the city.

I stayed there for 3 nights with my children and my husband. The room, one double with combined a single room and kl bathroom, overall good. Only flaw the lack of the closet right in our room. In the bathroom there are also j hooks, indispensable, on which to place towels. Great location because right in the old town, satisfactory breakfast. I recommend it
