Hotel Gattapone

Fantastic location with a lot of charm, a bit retro! The view of the bridge is worth the trip! Perhaps the bathroom could use a bit of modernization.

A dream! The hotel is of incredible charm and the feeling of being immersed in peace and beauty welcomes you in every corner. The interiors are furnished with original 60s and 80s furnishings and the evening lights are soft and enveloping. I stayed here with my partner and our superior room with panoramic views of the Ponte delle Torre and Monteluco was a dream to live. We were greeted by the staff with kindness and professionalism, and it is nice to discover that the same family, now led by their youngest granddaughter, continues with love to direct this corner of paradise in Spoleto. I hope to return in spring to see all the colors of the mountain change!

A stay to forget! Dirty rooms, smelly, in complete decay! Upon arrival found hair on the sheets, encrusted toilet, bathrooms without any heating but with electric stove (not compliant and very dangerous) positioned next to sink I wonder who assigns the 4 stars how they do not go to check the condition of the structure! Arrogant and rude owner (at my remarks, I was yelled at to leave) I point out that the payment had been made in full
