Hotel Iris

The only positive point of this hotel is the convenient location for the center, and that's it. €120 per night for no comfort at all. A room as small as a postage stamp, so small that we had no place to put our luggage. We had to use the only chair provided as a nightstand. Without air conditioning, with 45°C it felt like being in an oven. No minibar. No breakfast. Everything is very old and poorly maintained, from the common areas to the furniture to the walls. NEVER AGAIN

... the hotel (it is a two-star hotel and you must keep it in mind) occupies a historic building in the center of Perugia, a few dozen meters from the escalators that cross the Rocca Paolina to lead into the historic center. Really perfect location, with private parking. Then you have to admit that the hotel is a bit "fané", but you can still sense the past spender. However, large rooms, clean, very kind and welcoming managers, I repeat, is a two-star hotel in the center of Perugia, and at this price there is nothing better. For what my friends and I were looking for it was perfect.

The hotel is in a good location. The managers are also nice but they do not tell you that you only have stairs to climb and descend which for those who have a little difficulty is deleterious. They should avoid buying breakfast: it is the worst thing. Ok the room bad breakfast.
