Dinner really top, fast service, very low and affordable prices, rooms large enough and comfortable. Cool and big pool. I recommend you try it definitely!

Having a Smartbox, we booked at this property located about 5 km from Città di Castello on top of a hill surrounded by greenery. It has two large parking lots. The place is an ideal base for visiting the Arezzo area, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, and Lake Trasimeno, which are no more than an hour away. Surrounded by greenery, it is a beautiful 18th-century residence. The exterior of the property is truly very beautiful and well-kept. It has a large swimming pool complete with a whirlpool (bring your swim cap), guarded by an attentive lifeguard, open from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 19. The part on the lawn is very nice. When it is closed, you cannot swim, but you can lie on the sunbed to sunbathe. It has a small consecrated chapel for weddings, a room for civil unions with an adjoining restaurant. It has many sports facilities: ping pong, foosball, an 8-a-side soccer field with real grass, tennis, basketball, volleyball. They accept pets at no extra charge. The rooms are a little dated but in keeping with the residence. Clean. We had a quadruple room with a comfortable bunk sofa. The only flaw was the shower in the bathroom, which, without a stall but with a curtain, flooded the whole room, and enough with these 70s-style amenity kits; a dispenser is better to save on costs and, above all, plastic. The hair dryer for long hair is also very slow. Breakfast is adequate for three stars; perhaps pay attention to restocking as soon as the food runs out. The reception is very friendly and professional, including in sending the pre-stay information email. Overall, a great experience: discovered with a Smartbox, but we will return, perhaps to try the elegant restaurant.
