Pleasant location, quiet & restful; ancient residence Medieval well cared for; helpful & courteous staff! It will be very pleasant in spring / summer to breathe in the greenery of the park & external courtyard!

Historic structure, excellent welcome, wonderful setting, super for tranquility, excellent service, good breakfast. Everything was managed perfectly, even a small problem with the booking (not due to the structure but due to the site I booked with) was handled in zero time and with great professionalism. Access to the Orvieto fortress via the car park is really a two minute drive. Worth the visit, price in line with similar structures in the area but location and service clearly superior.

Mixed experience: the exteriors and the building are impressively majestic, the bedroom and its bathroom were dated both in terms of decoration and in terms of the electrical installation. The breakfast, included in the price, was adequate and the staff helpful and friendly. Overall, I did not find the four stars announced.
