Le Tre Isole

We stayed at this property from September 3rd to the 6th with our two children aged 13 and 17, choosing the resort precisely for the convenience of the pool. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the day of arrival: the pool appeared an unnatural green color. At the reception, they dismissed us, assuring us that all the parameters were regular, but it is evident that the situation was not normal at all. As proof of the fact that we were right, the pool was then closed for half a day on Friday to treat it with specific products and try to clean it, attempts that were not enough to make it clear again anyway. In light of the great inconvenience (especially for the kids, who could not use the main service for which we had booked), we asked for a minimum of compromise from the property. The other pool located on the lake only offered free access: for lying down, only the lawn was included, while the pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas was for a fee. Instead, on Saturday and Sunday, to access it we would have had to pay 5€ to enter the pool. We had simply asked for a complimentary umbrella or spot to compensate for the poor service, but no one met us halfway. A real shame, because otherwise the apartment was spacious and the lawns well-kept. But the handling of the customer in the face of such an obvious service failure was completely inadequate. We do not recommend it to those looking for a stay with a working pool.

We spent a weekend in a small ground-floor apartment with a loggia overlooking a green area near the pool... Everything was very quiet, the greenery was very well-maintained, and the large sliding window with a mosquito net was highly appreciated, which, when opened at night, allowed us not to have to turn on the air conditioner. A special mention for the quality of the breakfast: pastries and yogurt, delicious, as were the figs offered as fruit. Dining room and reception staff very kind, view from the terrace during breakfast, top-notch.

Title: Great on the outside, awful on the inside – Outdated, dirty, and zero flexibility! The entire hotel complex and the building visually date back to the 1970s to 1980s. The rooms, too, are completely stuck in the 1980s. The cleanliness was simply miserable – despite cleaning, we found sand, dust, and someone else's hair everywhere. Breakfast was also a disappointment and loses in comparison to any 2-star hotel. The absolute highlight, however, was the inflexibility at check-out: Due to an emergency, we had to leave one day early. Our written request for an adjustment was rejected, and they brazenly charged us for breakfast for the following day upon our early check-out, even though we were leaving! The main thing is that the boss drives an expensive Porsche. Perhaps management should rather put the money into modernizing the facility and bring the standard up to date. The guests would certainly be more grateful for that than for a luxury car in the parking lot. Never again!
