Perfect apartment for the two of us, the owner who met us didn't speak much English but was still very helpful and accommodating. We got the apartment with the terrace and it was a perfect view, I would definitely stay here again if I went back. The owner offered us rides places that we didn't to go and was always very friendly and helpful!

I stayed here with my fiancee in sept 2015 for one night. We were met by Marco who had very bad English but managed to check us in. There is no facility to pay by card so we arranged that another staff member would meet us later in the evening. Which she did. All good. The room itself was clean and modern with all the comforts you need including very good WiFi. It is very central in the town and it is only a short walk to the center of town with a few bars/restaurants. We had a great nights sleep as it is very quiet even though it is on a main road. The balcony is very handy for any smokers. All in all a great place to stay and I would have no problems recommending it to anyone.

We booked Ospitalità Perusia for 2 nights during our trip to see our wedding venue in the local area. Its the first time my fiancé and I have visited Italy and Ospitalità Perusia didn't disappoint for traditional Umbrian charm. Very easy to find using the satnav, we drove from Pisa to Tuoro sul Trasimeno...took 2 hours. We called the number on our booking when we arrived and the owner (im sorry i cant remember his name) walked across the road from his house to meet us. He didn't speak a word of English but called his daughter on the mobile and she welcomed us and gave us the info we needed for our stay. They were both lovely and made us feel very welcome. The owner showed us 2 apartments we could choose from which were both lovely but we went with one with a terrace overlooking the lake. Very clean and comfortable, 1 bedroom apartment. There isn't a lounge, just bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and the lovely terrace. Has everything you need and very clean and safe. You can easily walk to the local restaurants and shops, a little further up the road (drive) is the lake which has a great restaurant (Ciao Ciao) and geared very much towards families. We ate at a restaurant called Vecchio Mulino which is in walking distance from the apartment. We arrived at 3pm in the afternoon and they had finished for lunch but they were happy to serve us anyway. I had the most amazing linguini with mussels!!!! highly recommend!!!! I would whole heartedly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to spend a couple days in the area. They also have a larger villa with a pool they rent, so if there are a few of you Its worth checking out.
