I was enchanted by the location; the farmhouse is situated on a hill amidst nature. My expectations were quite high; in fact, since check-in, I noticed little empathy and flexibility at the reception. Given the time, we decided to have lunch by the pool; there too, the view of the valley with the infinity pool was stunning, the only downside being that the changing rooms were not the best. We ate two sandwiches that were served on a paper placemat; we also paid for the cover charge. Upon entering the room, located outside the building, it was not very clean, with dust under the bed and a bathroom with a hot tub that was also not perfectly clean... a few little critters, but I suppose we are in the countryside. We had dinner on the terrace with a sunset and a truly beautiful view of the valley; the food was good, and the waiter at the table was attentive and well-prepared. In the morning, the breakfast was really poor in choice; a couple of cakes, honey, and two jars of jam. I decided to have scrambled eggs with a bit of bread and jam due to my lactose intolerance (only soy milk was available). I said I would take the fruit, which was only pineapple, kiwi, and orange, despite the variety of fruits and vegetables in this season. In short, I was disappointed by the management and the ownership, which I believe should have a more positive attitude, perhaps a little courtesy and even a small smile...

Really beautiful location, dinner with a stunning view, poor breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room was not optimal. Many things are not communicated, and then you find them on the bill. The pool changing rooms are dilapidated. The worst thing, however, concerns the staff, who have zero empathy with the customer and are also not flexible at all. I would return for the truly beautiful place, but only if I know that the staff has changed.

We were at this restaurant this evening. A huge disappointment. Extremely long wait times for mediocre dishes, if not even poor in quality and portions. Service was nonexistent. There was never a waiter in the dining room to ask if we needed water or wine... the carbonara with truffle was disappointing and the suckling pig inedible. Terrible experience. The only positive note is the sunset... but that does not depend on the venue.
