This is an extremely attractive hotel with a really lovely courtyard and attractive garden. The lounge/bar areas are quite fascinating with lots pictures and knickknacks , comfy chairs and a pair of cute parakeets . Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, with a big variety on offer and always something different. The staff were all helpful and friendly, but not all spoke much English. We found the location a little problematic. If you want to get into the town, it is only a short walk to the travelator system, which is very convenient for reaching the town centre and the sights. As the hotel has no restaurant itself, the only options are to go into the town centre or walk 400m to the nearest restaurant. Most of the restaurants do not open until 7pm or later.

Central location and convenient for visiting Spoleto, close to the parking lot and the moving walkway that leads to the center. The rooms are spacious and clean, ideal for a comfortable stay. A particularly positive note goes to the staff, who gave us an excellent welcome. Breakfast offers a wide selection, although the cakes, for my taste, were not up to the standard of the rest. Overall a very positive experience, a property that I recommend.

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming, a bit vintage, quiet and peaceful. The room reserved for us was very spacious, had a hand-decorated ceiling and a large, comfortable bathroom. The buffet breakfast was rich, abundant and varied, with both sweet and savory options. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!
