We booked a double room with Booking, specifying that we would arrive at 9:30 PM, and we even sent our identification documents in advance to facilitate the check-in process, especially since upon our arrival we would have to rush to a birthday party and thus had just enough time to grab the key and leave our luggage. Upon arriving at 9:35 PM, we were informed that our room - by mistake - had been given to another couple. Beyond the apologies, we received nothing else. We found ourselves in the middle of the Umbrian countryside, not knowing what to do. Fortunately, we found a place nearby that happened to have a room. UNACCEPTABLE is the behavior of the owners of the Monastery who, beyond the excuses, did not consider doing anything else.

Hello I was in this structure for the bridge of May 1, we were 3 couples, what about characteristic former monastery, with swimming pool ok, Wi-Fi ok, room with TV and pool table, on three floors without elevator, good breakfast, restaurant you eat very well, in summer you eat outdoors really nice, nice large and clean rooms, the highlight is the owner Franco, kind and always available makes you feel among friends, he made us see the sanctuary with the chapel inside the monastery everything perfect, recommended

A mystical place, the true peace of the senses. I stayed here with the family and already on arrival the owners were more than kind, changing the room for an accessibility problem of one of the members of the group. We were assigned the Simone room, beautiful, an apartment with exposed beams and mezzanines. The structure, surrounded by greenery, leaves nothing to chance, it is all well defined by plants, gazebos, to leave free the visual space to get lost in the greenery and majesty of the place. The restaurant has great proposals and the staff is outstanding. I can only add that facilities like this must definitely be visited.. Because it is not for everyone to live 2 days as in one of the best fairy tales.
