The structure is very beautiful, surrounded by the green hills of Umbria, where silence reigns supreme. Very large parking lot. We had booked a CLASSIC room, apparently from the pictures more welcoming than the others, in rustic style with light colors, but the very kind and helpful Mrs. of the reception proposes us to make an upgrade to the DELUXE room, at no additional cost, as the bathroom of the CLASSIC turns out to be a bit 'dated, compared to the rest of the room. We view both and choose the DELUXE, being also located in the detached building, whose lower floor is the SPA we had booked. It was very convenient to get out of the room directly in a bathrobe to the SPA, which could not have been done from the CLASSIC room. From home you only need to bring plastic slippers, as the kit included in the room includes the bathrobe and white fabric slippers, with which it is not recommended to walk inside the SPA, being able to get wet. The SPA contains a heated swimming pool with jets whirlpool not very large, with beautiful windows on one side and at the top, the relaxation area where you can taste herbal teas and biscuits, the sauna, the Turkish bath (little working). A curious aspect of the stay and 'was the administration of breakfast. The reception is asked to choose whether to do it in a small room where there is a bar counter, the relaxation area with sofa and TV, or in the room. You have to fill out a sheet, indicating the time of liking of the service and put the crosses in correspondence with the foods you want to eat for breakfast, a choice between sweet and savory, where some foods are however frozen (marked). The option of breakfast in the room is simply to find outside the door, at the chosen time, a cardboard envelope (like those of Mc Donald's) containing what you have pre-ordered. Not far from the DELUXE rooms, there is a self-service corner with above the coffee machine and milk, jams, nutellines, etc. to supplement what was found in the envelope in front of the room. You can comfortably then consume everything on the table and armchairs inside the room. The option instead of making it in the room in front of the reception, detached from the building of the DELUXE and SPA rooms, is fine cmq, because in addition to what has been pre-ordered, the reception Mrs can prepare cappuccino or coffee or other directly from the bar. DELUXE rooms have a wonderful view of the outdoor pool and the Umbrian hills. Breakfast disappointed me only for the fruit, as a kiwi was from CONAD!!! Overall a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Beautiful structure, surrounded by greenery and with all the amenities! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly which makes your stay even more enjoyable Even the spa managed in a very good way. It would be worth going back.

It was a fantastic surprise this resort. Lovely view of the Umbrian hills and pool. Modern room with all amenities; small but very efficient spa; breakfast on a beautiful terrace served by Miss Rosalba, very kind, professional and helpful at our every request; kind and efficient even Miss Luisella at reception who gave us great advice. We look forward to coming back!!!!!!
