Hotel Bellavista

Dinner with friends for my birthday. Very long wait time. Our complaints irritated the lady who takes the orders, who addressed us by denying the wait in a rude and ill-mannered way. Meanwhile, the tables next to us were served even though they arrived later. Good pizza. The trifle was inedible. A place not to frequent.

We ended up at this “hotel” a few days ago with the desire to relax a bit by the pool, but we ran away the following day. I must state that I am very experienced in tourist hospitality and I can say with absolute certainty that I have had the worst experience of my life. Very small room unsuitable for a couple with a newborn, tiny bathroom, old and without windows. Total lack of privacy because the room (motel type) overlooked a parking lot also used by customers of the restaurant open to everyone and therefore without even any type of security. And finally, after having paid for half board and having expressed a slight complaint about the size of the room, we were not even served dinner. I believe that the managers are very far from the meaning of tourist and hotel hospitality.
