HOTEL MOM ASSISI

A friend and I chose this property for one night to visit Assisi. The lady who welcomed us to the hotel (it's actually a bed and breakfast) was very kind and helpful on the day of our arrival: we arrived 2 hours before the check-in time; she had written to me to call before our arrival, but since I was driving, I couldn't answer her; following my call, she was still very willing to come (in person) to open the reception door for us (and so we entered the room immediately after paying the bill). Very well-cared-for and genuine breakfast (even if the time slot - 8:00 / 09:30 - is too limited in my opinion). There was a mini-fridge in the room. Here the strong points end. The room, in fact, once the air conditioning was turned off, was very hot (I spent a tropical night). Not only that: a strong smell of sewage was coming from the bathroom. The reception/breakfast area was also very hot, as well as the entrance hall of the building with the stairs (no elevator). However, it is very convenient for the Assisi train station, just a stone's throw away.

Nice and comfortable hotel in the center, close to Santa Maria degli Angeli, I stayed in a comfort room and had all the comforts. Room spotless and well-kept, breakfast very well organized, with many types of delicious and also savory cakes that we have not tried. I will definitely return.

I stayed with my wife a few days in Assisi, and stayed in this hotel. Simple but functional, friendly staff, great breakfast. Located right in front of the train station, where in addition to trains also depart the Pulman. Highly recommended.
