Palazzo Minciotti

We have been here for one week. Anna Maria Minciotti immediately warmly welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is particularly well located, is very comfortable and has a beautiful terraced garden & pool for us to use.

We stay in Santa Rosa every time we come. To be in San Rufino piazza is priceless for us. The apartments here are large, beautiful and well maintained. The gardens in back are fabulous and peaceful. We cook in our kitchen to save money eating out so we can stay here longer. It's a two hour train ride from Rome. Piazza matteoti is the bus stop from the train. The nuns at San Rufino are happy and helpful this is a ten star experience. !!! Email Anna Maria for information and photos.

This apartment was an ideal place for our stay in Umbria. Stayed here for 6 nights with my family and a family friend. The apartment is very comfortable as this was the former home of the owners of the Palazzo apartments. Wonderful views from all the rooms. Warm and comfortable living room. Stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine also worked well. Lots of space in the three bedrooms and the heating was perfect for the cooler nights. Located on the top floor (Apartment San Rufino), there was little issue with street noise). Did not use the upstairs recreational area which has a garden and a pool but it looked nice. Able to cook most meals in this kitchen easily and lots of lovely restaurants a stone's throw away from the Palazzo Miniciotti (which is directly opposite the San Rufino church). Was able to do many day trips to Montepulciano and Spoleto. They were able to provide a baby cot and high chair for my family. Parking available for our car rental was also provided at extra cost.
