Porziuncola

The hotel is old-fashioned, needs renovation. First of all there is a safety problem, the electrical systems do not seem to comply, the light switches and electrical outlets do not seem to meet safety standards. The rooms have an old and worn carpet, the walls need painting, while in the bathroom the bath is filled with silicone patches. Breakfast is just enough, there is a table with biscuits contained in a glass tray, open and not in individual packages, croissants must be asked for and are not served at the table, to an additional request the staff reacted with opposition. In addition, the waiters show up without a uniform and in a sloppy manner. We also tried the à la carte dinner, which is absolutely not recommended. The waiting times are long, the courses, especially the appetizer is poor and expensive, the first dishes good, while the second we did not try because after two hours sitting and a room not full, we preferred to cancel the order. Definitely appreciable the apology of the owner, who also took care to offer us a dessert, but this does not cover an inefficiency in the kitchen and staff, who did not know the dishes and used a disguised sympathy and sincerely sometimes cloying. A tip, avoid proposing 10 first courses and 8 seconds, less quantity and more quality would suffice. Definitely a place where we will not return. Absolutely low price/quality ratio, high prices low quality.

Hotel horror dirty rooms smashed mattresses super thin pillows warm water and horrendous bathrooms broken and indecent closets smells of food in rooms nn talk about the measly breakfast In a nutshell hideous ☹️☹️the only positive thing at the center

I'm in charge here! This is the answer of the waitress when we kindly asked her to approach a table to the rest of the group, for some absurd reason unknown to me, (but I firmly believe that it is just spite and rudeness, considering that the whole room was occupied only by our group) we were forbidden😅mah The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in the needs of the guests. CLEANING IS HYGIENE....these strangers I would not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for a budget but low quality experience. Know that if you decide not to go do the owner a favor 😂 his words
