Just awful… no one around to check in .. self serve … tried all three phone contacts .. no answer.. very hot ..4 flights of steps … small room inefficient air … tried to cancel but no one on arriving...

I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers from June 8 to June 9. Location is second to none, only a few steps from Basilica of St. Francis and also walking distance to/from the bus station...
