Very quiet place in front of the Basilica of St. Francis

Hotel in a truly top location, 2 steps from the Basilica in the middle of a pedestrian area. Clean but very small rooms, therefore suitable for stays of 1 or 2 nights. Given the type of structure, it is not recommended for those who have difficulty walking because it is all stairs. Breakfast ok. If you arrive in the morning, there is always the girl who serves breakfast and cleans; otherwise, you can easily access it with a code that is sent the day before arrival with all the detailed instructions to reach the property along with parking tips. Drinks always available in the minibar at the entrance. Only suggestion..put up a screen that closes off the breakfast area instead of using white sheets that give the idea of an abandoned place.

Small family hotel in the heart of Assisi, a 3-minute walk from Basilica and Convent of St. Francis. Small room but very clean and practical. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast of good quality and in sufficient quantity.
