The facility definitely has a good aesthetic impact and an important stage presence, but it is evident that over time it has not received the necessary modernization interventions. The rooms appear dated and in several areas clearly show the limits of a management more focused on minimal maintenance than on a real upgrade of the structure. During my stay, I encountered a problem with the air conditioning not working. In this context, however, what truly saves the establishment emerges clearly: the staff. The reception proved to be extremely efficient, present, and solution-oriented, quickly arranging a room change without hesitation. A strong point of this establishment is indeed the staff: competent, responsive, and with an operational approach that makes a difference, especially in difficult situations. In these cases, it becomes clear how the value of a hotel is not the property, but those who work there every day. The restaurant hall is spacious and well-managed, with a maître who demonstrates a true passion for their work, which is now rare. On June 25, during a general blackout in the area, the staff managed the situation exemplarily, providing assistance to guests and still managing to keep the dining service active under far from simple conditions. An emblematic episode was the management of a guest who was stuck in the elevator, resolved promptly. A special commendation goes to the maître, Mrs. Nietta, who, along with the chef and the dining staff, ensured the service with great professionalism, managing to serve dinner under emergency conditions, with a remarkable spirit of adaptation. In conclusion: the staff undoubtedly deserves a full 5 stars for competence, emergency management, and dedication. The establishment, on the other hand, clearly thrives thanks to those who work inside it. To the owner, one can only advise a serious reflection: without investments and without enhancing the environments, it is not enough to rely on a good name or location. True value is not built alone. Beautiful, comfortable and excellent hotel to rest after a day of a long walk. Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel, a magnificent lounge.

The very old rooms, the bathrooms too, the poor breakfast, you don't get to a Palace, if it's cute the restaurant, the food wasn't bad, the people not so friendly, they hurry you, don't feel comfortable. away from everything. I wouldn't come back.
