Hotel Metropole

Spent 4 pleasant days of relaxation. Excellent facility, very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the dining room staff, who were a bit inexperienced, and the food was good but sometimes not excellent, excluding the buffets which were always top-notch.

This year, as for years, I chose the Metropole. I write a review every time because the place is very deserving, but the difference, as I say, is also made by the people. I found the usual kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness from everyone... and I truly emphasize everyone. At the front desk, no one excluded, the dining room Maitre d' was very kind, as were all the staff members. The cuisine is very well-prepared with dishes proposed by the staff every day and always excellent. Then the staff at the pool are delightful... the kindness and helpfulness of Emilia, who involves everyone with her gymnastics, is no less. A thank you to Cordelia, who took care of the rooms on the floor, for her kindness. I want to give special praise to the new bar management and the guys who run it. Helpful with everything, but above all kind, polite, and very respectful toward everyone. Feeling like family is the sensation you experience every time you stay there. Thank you to everyone, no one excluded, and as I conclude every time, see you soon because I can't wait to return to you. Maria-Cristina
