Panoramic Hotel Plaza

Magnificent experience, we went for the day where, with admission to the pools and spa, there was also a drink offered by the hotel. The food at the bistro where we ate both lunch and dinner was also excellent.

The welcome at the reception was very appreciated; the staff was very courteous, polite, and had a good dose of friendliness. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious, tending to be a bit too cold despite the 25° set on the thermostat; the balcony was humble, but you can't ask for more for a standard room; the pillows were not exactly ergonomic, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was standard, livable, and well-equipped. The sink faucet was not exactly convenient for washing one's hands. Welcoming and clean pool and spa area; a negative note is that the beach towels, although clean, were very yellowed. We did not have dinner at the property. Breakfast worthy of note, dining room staff available, polite, and attentive to personal needs regarding food allergies and intolerances, wide choice of sweet, savory, and fruit options. Numerous products, including gluten-free ones. Hotel Plaza recommended.

I discovered this place thanks to a gift I received; I enjoyed the experience and returned just a few weeks later. A valid place to relax and pamper yourself with thermal baths, a sauna, and a spa... I will return in the fall as well to try the massages and mud treatments...
