Unfortunately, the stay at this 4-star hotel was very disappointing. The structure appears outdated and, despite being presented as renovated, the overall impression is that of an old and poorly maintained environment, far from the standards one would expect from a four-star category. The cuisine was one of the biggest disappointments: mediocre quality, poorly presented dishes, and a constant feeling of excessive use of leftovers and continuous recycling of preparations. A gastronomic offering that is decidedly insufficient for a facility that should focus on hospitality and well-being. The ownership has proven to be somewhat rude and, on some occasions, even impolite towards the guests, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The staff, on the other hand, is generally kind and helpful, although they often appear to be struggling and visibly uncomfortable in their interactions with customers. The only real positive note of the stay was Caterina, the mud treatment specialist: a serious, competent, and attentive professional who performs her job with great dedication and undoubtedly represents the added value of the facility. Overall, an experience that does not reflect the expectations created by the hotel's classification and that I cannot recommend.

Excellent satisfaction with what we wanted and expected from the Abano spa. Hot and abundant water. Good massages and mud. Good food. Cleanliness and good services. Relax. Exactly what we were looking for.
