We just spent a wonderful vacation at this establishment and can only say great things about it. The hotel is very beautiful, well-maintained, and spotless; the room, comfortable and quiet, had a very spacious panoramic terrace (lake view) with a table and sun loungers; the garden, pool, hot tub, and sauna were excellent. Breakfast and bistro are superb. The real strong point was the service: the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always available to meet every request with care and courtesy; a special thanks goes to Dorina and Giovanni, who with their extraordinary kindness and attention made us feel even more pampered, adding immense value to an already exceptional team. The hotel, already of excellent quality in the past, has further improved this year. The general services and the behavior of the staff are excellent, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms; the breakfast is out of this world. I recommend the superior double room facing the lake; it costs more, but it is worth it.

I stayed at this establishment where tranquility and order prevail. They gave me a new room in the annex; what can I say, it was super spacious, brand new, and not to mention the view of the lake with its mountains. The buffet breakfast is excellent, the cleanliness is superb, and the manager Maria is the highlight of the reception; she is always kind and helpful and ensures that everything functions correctly. The solarium area with the pool is very pleasant. For lunch or dinner, you can cross the street and have a snack at their beach club, which often organizes evenings where you can sip a drink in total relaxation.
