Hotel Centro Turistico Gardesano

Hello, stay for 1 night on July 28, 2026. Pool closed at 6 PM during the heatwave, we were outright denied access. Very simple and standard room but clean. Half-board. Restaurant with very few choices. Water in a carafe is chargeable but free for groups!! You have to move to fill your glass. The server insists on making us pay for a bottle of water several times. Service time strictly respected. The staff quickly shows their annoyance in order to finish their service even though our meal was on time.

Horrible. To start off the rooms are covered in stains all over. Staff always angry especially one short man (in late 40s/early50s). Food is shocking and that is an understatement, most breakfast items were actually inedible. Got chicken at dinner one night and it was like eating dry sandpaper, there was also a mouldy pasta served which I didn’t dare touch. Heard about the fella called Tony and I share similar experiences with the kids that were terrorising everyone in the hotel. Pool was okay but nothing outstanding. There was a rumour that a member of the staff had given a group of boys a watermelon one night and if so that is unacceptable. I will end off as I started. Horrible

i stayed here on my ty school tour and the room and beds were clean there was just a lot of damage done, curtains were falling off the pole and dents and stains on the wall but no bugs were in the bathroom or bed. the food wasn’t edible so i ordered take out for all 3 nights, so did a lot of other people. there was another school staying with us and they were extremely noisy at night and people were hopping balcony’s. but overall it was fine not as bad as some of the other reviews say but i wouldn’t willingly stay there again.
