Hotel Laguna

We spent a wonderful vacation. The view is wonderful, the room is clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also a strong point, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, not to mention the half-board dinner, with an excellent menu that is always different and very tasty. We will definitely return to enjoy some relaxation on the terrace!!

Postives Waiting Staff were excellent Hotel itself not to bad for a 3 star It was always clean Negatives Hotel The Air Conditioning Does Not Work after 22-30 and comes back on around 8 am So you Sweat all night 😓 There are signs up saying No Food or Drink to Brought on to the Property Yet they Don't give you the Option to purchase lunch And they charge €3-50 for Litre Bottle of Water The Water is alot cheaper in the Mimi Mart down the road if your lucky to catch it open There was a Very Small Fridge on the wall which was very funny shaped inside so you could Hardly get anything in it It also Disturbed your sleep as it was Very Noisy Through out the Night The Hotel is very Isolated There is a Bus stop a walk away which has a Very Limited Service and Taxis are Very Hard To Come By There are some restaurants and a small shop a good half walk away These have a Very Limited Opening Hours We were Half board and there is No option to purchase food at the Hotel for Lunch Fortunately we were able to walk to the restaurants in the Village Breakfast Breakfast was diabolical Something that looked familiar to bacon which was under cooked and always cold even when fresh No fried eggs All served in a Very small metal container for the hole hotel ( see pictures ) Same stail cakes every day Stail Bread Water for tea was always Luke warm So you had to ask for hot water Coffee was like Coloured water Bottled water for everyone on a table which they were Very Reluctant to replace when it was gone Evening Meal Only had 2 Choices for Starter and 2 Choices for Main course ( see pictures ) No Choice for Dessert You got what ever they decided Starter was a decent size But the Main Course was a Very Small portion Both were Often served Luke warm The food was just about Edible Again served with very stail Bread rolls and you had to always ask for Butter On our Arrival we had No choice of Food at All just what we were given Which again was Barely Edible We Stayed here on a Tour with TUI Shame on you TUI Had No Communication with TUI the Hole Holiday Which is Hardly Surprising given that they Probably Know all you would be doing is Complaining I would Not Recommend this Hotel Save your Money Avoid at all costs ⛔

A wonderful hotel for people who want to enjoy Lake Garda far away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The hotel is located on a mountain approx. 700 m high; from here you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda. There is sufficient free parking available. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the bathroom is very large with a walk-in shower. The breakfast is very extensive with a good selection. The entire staff is very friendly. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation is in exactly the right place here. Definitely book a room with a lake view. We always feel very, very comfortable here. We find the sustainability concept, which is highly valued here, to be very nice. Thanks to Ivan & Slivia Bonetti for the wonderful stay Until next time :-)
