The smell of musty and old hits you as soon as you enter, and the cleanliness is simply non-existent. Not a kind word you can spend: zero.
Published as a star structure, it should be called more honestly to stables. Hygiene and safety regulations seem like alien concepts in here. I wonder - and I ask this out loud - how it is that the local health authorities have not yet put the seals on this place.
Where's the NAS? Where is Federalberghi Brescia? Where's everyone in charge of protecting the traveller and the payer?
Because yes: they charge you upfront, probably just to prevent you from wanting to run away with your wallet out, given the horror. A trick that says a lot about the honesty of the management of this place.
This structure should not exist. It should be closed, reclaimed, and returned to decency.
Highly discouraged to anyone, under any circumstances. Sleeping in the car would be a much more dignified alternative.
