I wanted to have a quiet weekend with a friend and her daughter, they were coming from far away, I book a hotel that should be 3 stars but in reality it must not even have one. I also pay in advance, they tell me that there is free parking as also written here in the description, it is not true! The guy I find the next day tells me that I could have it for 15€ a day. They tell me buffet breakfast, it is not true, there isn't even a bar corner to get a coffee. We arrived and there was no one at check-in, a hidden handwritten sign said that we had to go to another hotel to do it!! We go back, we take the key ourselves, in the end someone can enter, take a key and bye-bye, and we go up to the room.... It was not indicated that there is no elevator. The carpet on all the stairs and in the hallways was completely dirty and stained. It would be better if they removed it. The room was small but I must admit it was clean, the bathroom was renovated, too bad about the toilet cistern which was missing the button and you had to push the mechanism to flush. There was air conditioning and a recent fire alarm system that looked new. The only positive side of this hotel is its proximity to the center. Luckily, having paid in advance, we didn't have to check out since there was no one at the reception in the morning and the numbers to call were unreachable. I am someone who adapts very well, but I felt more than anything else taken for a ride for having paid the cost of a 3-star hotel, 150€ per night, for a neglected little boarding house.
In reality, it seemed more like a place where they provided lodging for employees, given that I found them talking and joking in the lobby and sitting at the tables outside eating, (which is fine if it is a facility only for them, and then you don't make me pay 150€ per night) then they give the rooms that remain free to the unfortunate ones.
