Rooms without heating and we weren't aware of this until we asked why we couldn't get it going. There wasn't even a blanket in the room. Our friends found cockroaches in the room (not 1, 2 or 3). And when they were brought to our attention, there wasn't even a "we're sorry" but on the other hand a nice "all right" French door that does not close, but only rests. Small and uncomfortable bathroom, to turn on the light you have to go in, close the door and so you can get to the switch. We strongly advise against staying here.

Nice Hotel in a good location, a nice organized summer destination with long Mediterranean beach, But the best in Caorle...... Claudia the Hotel friendly manager on site, she took really good care of the Portuguese Duathlon team participating in the European Championship, we can only say thank you for all your help, you have been there all the time helping finding solutions for all our needs, working from morning till night every single day of our stay and always with a smile and the most friendly approach, Claudia is amazing asset for the Hotel experience.
