Hotel Oliver

Good evening, my name is PASQUALE. We stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. We booked two single rooms with a French bed. When I searched on Booking, it showed the price for two rooms for two days as about €300. So, I called the hotel, and they confirmed that each room with a French bed cost €75 per day. That's fine; we booked two single rooms with a French bed for two days, which would be €150 per room. They sent a quote via WhatsApp that did not correspond to the room. I naively confirmed it, and when we arrived at the hotel, at the time of payment, instead of paying €150 each, they charged us €300 each for a single room. I complained at the reception, but there was nothing to be done; the WhatsApp message they sent was the reference. I strongly complain about the money I spent, and I hope someone can help me recover half of the money I unjustly spent.

We stayed for a week on half board between late August and early September ; spotless double room, well renovated with balcony overlooking the sea ; excellent breakfast and dinner with quality food; Covered reserved parking space ; reserved beach in continuity with the hotel garden ; excellent care by the beach staff of the two pools of the hotel and all common areas ; good availability of bicycles for free use for a few hours ; we thank all the staff for their professionalism

It is recommended to always use with breakfast included as they are served at the table and is the real typical English breakfast. For rooms always double but not with a view inside
