Very clean, very friendly. The garage, the sunbeds & umbrella on the near beach and the bicycles included. Who needs more on vacation in Italy near to Venice? The breakfast not very rich but...

If on a budget this place is ok. Owner was negoitable. Hotel was 2.5-3*. Across from Adriatic Beach. Food was the same. Tourist Bus Stop for overnight. The name says it all.
