I recommend this place for a weekend of total relaxation. The staff is very helpful, kind, and welcoming. They are very attentive to the customers! And above all, always with a smile! 😛 The pools are very clean and beautiful!

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel La Residence and finally found a place where you really feel welcomed, without pressure and stress. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is friendly and attentive, it makes you feel comfortable from the first moment. You eat very well, with well-kept and tasty dishes, and the spa is simply fantastic: the water is very hot, a wonder especially for those like me who are always cold. A place to take care of yourself, slow down and feel pampered. An experience that I would gladly do again and that I recommend to those seeking true relaxation and sincere hospitality.

And three years that after the crazy Christmas period I go to take a week rest and care ... to say this .. they know me as a customer after three stays ... I am a normal person who takes the simple room for my needs, so I do not have a comparison with other facilities ... I always chose them ... but immediately I made my thought not shared of how much a dog pays .. this is a sore note because 30 euros per day I find it not exaggerated because if they decided this is me to decide whether to accept ... given my complaint and not share the policy , the good manager tries to mediate to please ... the first year served a day, the second year I was given an upper room with space to move widely, this year I did not complain I accepted the rules and they gave me the room with just the bed space for two small dogs but who pay 60 euros per day to stay under the bed ... and informing me there is no other hotel that charges so .... The rest is taken care of and you are fine, another complaint children who play and disturb, are not suitable with people who are there to rest and must respect silence.... I conclude by saying that I will try a new facility... if their rules are so..
