Experience at the RESTAURANT as outside customers TERRIBLE!! We arrive, the place is totally empty (as per photo) and we are assigned a table with one of the two seats having a depth of 20 cm; usually a standard seat is definitely deeper! Practically a stool. We insist that our seating be changed and they reply, responding to the request with ironic and inappropriate jokes. ABSURD!!! Wait times for courses were long despite the place being practically empty, dishes were lukewarm and lacked character. CONCLUSIONS: not recommended! It is a shame to find such a truly poor level of hospitality in Cortina. Let alone the other hotel services, but it seems to me that other reviews confirm it all.

The reception was very bland, the young man at check-in was unfortunately not very helpful, he just gave us the keys and no information on where the rooms were. Our rooms were quiet and newly furnished, small but functional. The ambiance in the hotel is very nice - a lot of loving, tasteful decor. Due to renovation work in May, the restaurant was closed and we had our breakfast in a tent that was set up temporarily. The selection of food was okay, the served coffee was very good, and the breakfast staff was also very accommodating. We only spent one night here on our bike tour. Due to the location, we would not necessarily recommend this hotel for a longer stay, as there is unfortunately no pedestrian path to the center and one has to walk along the heavily trafficked road into town, since parking at the hotel was scarce and parking in town is rare or overpriced.

Friendly atmosphere , friendly and smiling staff . Nice room. Perfect cleaning. Bathroom a bit small. The breakfast was great. Very good bar and restaurant service. Ski and boot storage. Convenient to reach the lifts. Ski bus service with stop in front of the hotel. Recommended.
