Had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a full sea view room to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and the view was amazing. Hotel was immaculate with staff constantly cleaning throughout the day. All staff were very friendly and eager to help especially restaurant/bar staff and Vito who always took time to ask about our day. Didn’t use the pool area much but feel that a little background music would have been a nice addition. We stayed on half board basis with plans to eat out on a couple of nights but the food and service was faultless. Each night had a different choice. Something for everyone. We particularly liked being served rather than self service. My husband had a birthday whilst there and the hotel left a box of cakes in the fridge with a card which was a lovely touch also. We had live music twice during our week’s stay which was good but finished at 10:30 which is quite early. Music in the restaurant/ bar area would have added to the ambience during dinner. The only other improvement we would suggest is being able to eat slightly later in the evening as at the moment service finishes at 8:30pm which is too early in our opinion. Overall we had a fantastic week and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

After reading all the wonderful reviews of this hotel we thought it was too good to be true, but wow,the hotel certainly has everything you want from a wonderful relaxing holiday to fantastic quality food. The hotel is in a great location, it’s only a 5/10 min walk to the ferry port and the centre. There are lots of shops, restaurant's and bars. Everywhere is within easy reach and it’s very flat if you like walking, although the hotel entrance is on a slight hill but there are steps if you prefer. The food is amazing and its nice to know that the food is prepared when you order it and it hasn’t been sitting there like a buffet, which is great because your food is always hot. The hotel does not offer All Inclusive but it does serve afternoon tea at 4pm everyday which is a lovely touch. The wine selection at dinner is very good. The staff are lovely and very friendly, they are always smiling and happy to help you. The pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds we never had a problem getting one. The evening entertainment was ok . We had partial view room which was lovely especially of an evening when you wanted to relax on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return again.
