Perfect location . Set only a two minute flat walk to the edge of the lake and the many restaurants and shops offering good value lunches and dinner as well as clothes and souvenirs. The hotel is a two minute walk to the bus station and a five minute walk to the ferry terminal . The hotel itself offers traditional Italian charm with dining areas overlooking well maintained and very pretty gardens. When booking we opted for the Junior Suite as it had a balcony (very large) and good space. The room itself could do with updating and refreshing. The bathroom was dated and I would say, could be problematic for elderly as it is quite a step in to the bathroom. Having said that, the cleanliness was exceptional :) . I must say that the wi fi in our room was disappointing, a weak signal that kept dropping out. Not the end of the world but a tad frustrating, All staff at the hotel were very welcoming right from check in to departure. The overall atmosphere is friendly and slightly formal but this is part of the charm. There is a spa and indoor pool (we did not use so can’t comment) and a fantastic outdoor pool, proper size so that you can have a decent swim. There are towels provided and a nice poolside bar and enough sun loungers. Despite being so close to the town centre, the hotel and pool are private and quiet enough. We did not eat in the hotel other than for breakfast which was excellent. Great choice from hot scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, omelettes and poached eggs cooked to order, to fruit, cereals breads and pastries. Overall we loved our stay at the Regina Adelaide and would recommend it. It isn’t a cheap hotel but it is a quality place to stay with exceptional service would have scored a 5 if the bathroom was more modern

The Regina Adelaide Hotel is such a good hotel. Lovely rooms, well tended by their cleaning staff. A fantastic breakfast - you can either choose from their very excellent buffet or request something specific like an omelette......dinner is excellent....there's a very good outside pool where you can order food & drink from the bar. There's also a spa & gym too. The hotel is well located - approx 50 metres to the Lake. The staff are so good & always there with a smile. We plan on visiting this hotel again, it's that good.

What a fantastic hotel ! Location is perfect for access to Garda / the lake/ shops and restaurants the hotel itself was lovely our rooms were charming and spotlessly clean (516 and 514 ) big comfy beds and pillows big bathrooms. The bar area and foyer downstairs are great . The outdoor pool is large and again kept to a very high standard great pool bar serving great food and plenty of sun beds there were 4 of us and never struggled to get a place there is also a large indoor pool and spa area steam room and 2 sauna rooms some plunge pools and comfy quite areas to relax all clean and tidy to a high standard also a small but functional gym my wife also used the spa for a treatment we she said was excellent. The breakfast is absolutely superb cooked items to order also continental options /fresh fruit/ amazing pastries supplied from the hotels own patisserie shop ! There’s too much to mention but it’s top quality and the staff are brilliant . We had an issue with a taxi who didn’t turn up to take us to a pasta making experience the hotel front desk informed the hotel manager who actually took us to the next village himself so we could attend the experience ! You wouldn’t get that many places so I can definitely recommend this hotel if your staying in Garda 10/10
